::integrity::
Finally Sports Day is over. As usual, things were not very well organised and the events did not run smoothly. But this IS TJ, so that's about what you can expect. Spent most of the time walking around the school because it took extremely long for one event to start after one ended. There was the uber cool cheerleading competition. I wonder who won. There was this girl from the Beta team that was really good in her dancing. She was so full of energy, shaking her ass so violently in front of everybody! I mean, I am so proud of her! What the hell am I talking about anyway? There was a tennis match between AJC and my school as well. I suppose we won because I could hear people cheering away. The AJ guy looked rather pissed as he played the game. Maybe it's because of us. We were quite a rowdy crowd. But hey, here's our turf, what do you expect?
Got our Project Work results today. If I hadn't known about something, I would be rather okay with my results. Actually I was quite hopeful about the fact that my group would get a band 1, but that didn't happen in the end. All of us got a band 2. And that was after all the effort we put in. We did so much more compared to the others. We did at least 5 interviews, conducted real surveys, did all the drafts and stuff. And to add on, the teacher kept praising us, giving us false hope. Our school was strict with the marking. I don't think that our standards can be any worse than VJ or even MJ, where so many students got 1s and 2s. Heard that in VJ, only 1% of their students got band 3. Damn it. I think MOE should really revise their marking system. Schools should not be marking their own Project Work files. It should be done like the 'O' or 'A' levels. Okay, I shall not start rambling here, all I want to say is that
why should we uphold integrity when all the others are stooping so low?
